Brains Surgery Building in early 2011 being converted to flats
The Dafford Street Brains Surgery used to be one of the more popular pubs in Larkhall, before it closed in 2010. The unusual brick building was built in the 1890′s and was known as the Royal Oak, which continued until 1980, when it was renamed by the former landlord Dave Derrick as the Brains Surgery after the Welsh brewers.
